I had a parcel delivered through you guys to Canada (tracking number LZ336495791CN). It says delivered Oct 20th/2020 through Canada Post but I never received this package. I called them and they said that you have to submit a request to them about the missing package? Please let me know what to do with this. This was a gift for my husband and i am very sad that i am having to do this to get what i paid for.
