Resuming Surface Mail Parcel Service to Sri Lanka

China Post no longer provides a surface mail package/parcel service to Sri Lanka, because China Post's regular carrier stopped shipping.
I understand that surface mail articles addressed to China are being accepted by Sri Lanka Post; I wonder if China Post has inquired whether a mail carrier from Sri Lanka to China cannot be chartered to carry surface mail packages from China when sailing back to Sri Lanka.

I have approx. 700 parcels from China to US and other countries. Parcel dimension is 26 cm x 26 cm x 6.5 cm, wt: 796.62 gms.

Using your Surface parcel chart, I calculated rate: 46.5 CNY or about US$7.15. Is this amount close enough? What would be for China post registered air mail?

My parcels are not rush or express. cheapest rate is more important.

Dear China Post,
I would like to know how long will take a large parcel by surface from Shanghai to the Netherlands. And if I need to insure the goods if parcel has Tracking service.
