Hello, I have returned a product with the shipping number RR072459771SE.
It appears when I search for that a fee must be paid.
(China Post Tracking, Ems, Eub Package Tracking)
It say:
July 24, 2025, 4:33 PM Guangzhou, 51040075, Waiting for user to pay tax

My question:
Is the fee a customs fee or Chinese VAT?
Way do I ask?
If it is customs, it is a cost.
If it is VAT, the Chinese company will get the money back when they declare the input and output VAT to the Chinese tax authority.

The batteries in my rechargeable music speakers are made with lithium ion. Are these still safe to send by air? On airplanes I normally need to have them as carry on baggage and not check in.

I received a package from Shiming Xu Binshuixiangxiangyuan A2-402 Qiaokou District
Wuhan City 430000 China When I ordered they said I could return said item if it wasn't right.
I have tried to find the company with no luck so I was hoping your postal tracking maybe able to help me.
