Hi Aica,

It's stuck at Guangzhou customs now. We couldn't return it back to the sender. You need to let the sender contact Guangzhou customs to ask for returning back.

How do we contact the Guangzou customs? We do not have or cannot search for the contact numbers. We are the sender. Even philpost cannot contact them.

Hello, I ordered some items off of DHGate and with a destination of the United States. My tracking code is UG888880710YP and I received a few odd delivery updates. On 2-02-23, I received an update of "Return Package dispatched". Then on the 6th, I got an update of "Package Return, Pickup by Shipper".
