Do you have a service where the recipient pays for the freight?
I have received wrong product and want to return it to the company and they shall pay for the freight between Sweden and China. Do you have that service? Best regards,Polly

Hi Polly,

I think you can do it by choosing paid by recipient when ship it to China. You can enquire the carrier in Sweden to make sure.

Wich carrier shall I contact? The supplier in HK has an agreement with Shanghai Post. Do you have an agent in Sweden that I can contact and arrange shipment?

If you use PostNord to send it, it will be delivered by Shanghai Post when it's in China. So, you can contact PostNord to ship it.

I am writing to ask for help regarding my EMS parcel with tracking number EN404590255JP. According to the tracking information, it has been held at Guangzhou EMS and shown as “Item presented to import Customs” since October 26, 2025, with no further updates.

I am the recipient of this parcel, and I live in Azerbaijan. I am using a freight forwarding company called 166cargo, which usually handles deliveries from China to Azerbaijan. However, since the parcel is stuck in customs, I am not sure what steps I should take or who I should contact to have it released and delivered to 166cargo. The freight forwarder company says they can not do anything about a parcel unless the parcel is delivered to their warehouse.

Could it be checked the current status of this shipment and advise how I can arrange for it to be cleared or handed over to my freight forwarder?

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am contacting you regarding a parcel that appears to be blocked at Chinese customs for several days.

Here are the shipment details:

Tracking number: EW165453175FR
Sender: SU RUIBIN - FU XING LU FU QUN LOU 77 HAO - 518031 FUTIAN
Recipient: Maxime Ancelot, DEMEYERE SARL - 55, rue de la Papinerie - 59390 Lys-Lez-Lannoy
Date of shipment: 08/09/2025

According to the tracking information, the parcel has been stuck in customs due to document issues (invoice or declaration problem). Unfortunately, the recipient (seller) is no longer responding to any of my messages or phone calls, and we suspect a possible fraudulent situation.

Since the parcel cannot be delivered under these conditions, I would like to request that the package be returned to the sender.
Please confirm whether this return is possible and inform me of the steps or documents required to initiate the return process.
