LY573496964CN- last entry indicates: Chengdu, Chengdu International Processing Center return, Note: Security return- is my item being returned to the seller/ I have already waited almost 1 month and it looks as though my items are still in china- how do I correct this

Good afternoon.
I sent a package to China from Russia. This is a return of a low-quality product that was sent to me by an unscrupulous seller. I paid for the return of the shipment of low-quality goods due to the fault of the seller. Does the merchant compensate me for my expenses? What's with the package now? Will the package reach the seller? Or is there something else I have to do?

Can you guys let me know if my item is being return to the seller or if it’s being shipped out to me? It’s very confusing since it says “ Note: Security return” twice on the tracking
