Returned goods postted in Iceland on May 11, no tracking data since May 25

Hello, I posted a returne item on May 11 and it was dispatched on May 12. On May 25, time stamp 00:00 the trcking data shows "Delivery" and "CHINA POST".
Is this normal?

Hi how much does it cost to send one suitcase 28 size.
