This package is no longer showing on your tracking. I know it is in customs. WHY? The consignee asked and they say they do not know. Why can nobody tell me why a faulty product returned is not delivered two months later. Can you please find out from customs if it will be released and when?

I already know where the package is, It is now ONE MONTH and I do not need you to tell me where it is, I know where it is. Every time I ask I am given the same reply. Can you tell me exactly and simply what is required for the package to be released and delivered. I need to know what I need to do , not what I already know.

This item, a faulty product was posted from Ireland on 16th November. Now, almost two months later I am stil waiting for it to be delivered. Can you please tell me why it is delayed.
