Says delivered but wasn't?

HI, My tracking number is AQ324696500CN. It is saying it was delivered but it has not been delivered. Can you please let me know what is happening? Kind regards Shauna

My package says it was delivered on 4/24/2023 but there was no delivery because I checked everyday for a month. I want to know where my package is:AG160834305CN or simply a refund asap.
According to the tracking information, AQ324696500CN was delivered on June 16. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
