Order says delivered but it was not. What do i do?

The tracking indicates it was delivered on Saturday however it wasnt. I have cameras surrounding my home and no delivery was made. Tracking - ZA06032973001

Hi Joelene Cerminara,

In this case, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller could open a case to China Post to investigate where it was delivered and who signed for it. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

I placed on order on June 26, 2020. The Order # is 99439. The tracking # is LY350226265CN. It says that it has been “delivered” and shows that it has been delivered to somewhere in New York.

I live in London, Ontario, Canada. Can someone please advise when my order will be delivered?
