Says ‘processing error’ when I try to track

When I try to track my parcel it says there’s a ‘processing error’. My relative forgot to put my phone number on the box so I wanted to ring up China post to see if I can give them my number depending on where the parcel is. The tracking number is UB175465371GB

Is it shipped by Royal Mail? We don't find any tracking information for it. If the phone number is forgotten, it couldn't be shipped and will be returned back in normal. Another situation is that the postman will deliver it to the nearest ollection point. You need to contact the postman to ask where he deliver it and find it by yourself.
