Unable to track item

Hi
My item number LZ017590540CN has been stuck since 24 April at Zhengzhou, saying "delivered to air transport" but with error message 'unable to track' .. Please provide some update and how can to send email to the post

Hi Abbas,

There is no update for it after April 24. There will be update when it arrives in Netherlands after 20-50 days. Please wait for more days to get update.
