I am unable to track my order UB064782937SG. I have been informed that it is to be received by Singapore Post via China Post. I need an explanation asap.

Hi Shayan,

It's sent by using China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus which is a cheap service of China Post. China Post doesn't provide tracking service for it. You can only wait for its arrival. If you couldn't get it before the promised time, contact the seller as soon as possible.
