Seller deleted his website, no package received.

I have ordered a package from Stone Island and my tracking number is ZC02732304499. It says it was delivered, but it was not! I live in the building where we have a concierge 24/7 and all of the office said that nothing was delivered. They have checked all of the packages. I know that I need to contact the seller, but the seller had deleted their page on internet. I need your help with this package.

Hi Georgii Beltadze,

To my experience, you are scammed. You can only try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

On Monday 16th I checked the tracking site of my package, it had an update of the same day, saying it has entered a city near mine. Okay, I will check more often then. At the next day, that entry was DELETED. It does NOT shows any activity from the 16th, and only shows updates until the 14th. Is this a site error? If not, then why was it deleted? My package has been stuck in transit since april 29 and it says it in my city but not delivered and on the other website it stuck in transit in Los Angeles airport. I got in touch with my seller but he said call my local post office but they cant give me a update cause they haven’t received the package
