Untraceable parcel

I ordered a parcel from giodani. The tracking number is LZ9917876978CN. When ever I open the website it says “website does not exist”. China post website says the parcel number is wrong. Is this a scam website?

LZ9917876978CN is a wrong tracking number. There should be 9 digits in the middle. You'd better contact the seller to check it for you.

This says the delivery has been made but delivered where? No Australian courier or post office can find this tracking number.
