According to the tracking information, AS750049335CN was delivered on March 22. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in the US. Then, use the number to check with USPS about the address they delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
Please advise as I do not see why Sheon would coordinate with multiple carriers for one parcel.
