This item shows delivered, but I never received the shipment for AM731517624CN.
What carrier made the delivery?

According to the tracking information, AM731517624CN was delivered on Feb.5. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in the US. Then, use the number to check with USPS about the address they delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
