Ems shipment no news from more than 1 months

Hi I have this shipment EV942481047CN in Guangzhou from more than 1 months,it say recieved by the carrier for the transit when I will get it in Italy?

It usually takes 20-40 days to be delivered. But shipping is taking longer due to the pandemic. The delivery time for EMS packages couldn't be guaranteed now. It may be delayed. You'd better wait for more days to get update.

I have other shipment from ems delivered in 5 days why this no news for long time? Maybe I will got it in December?
