I MADE A PURCHASE , AND THE TRACKING NUMBER IS AS811124247CN, IN THE TRACKING APPEAS LIKE WAS DELIVER IN HOME, BUT IAM NOT RECEIVE THIS PURCHASE, PLEASE YOU CAN HELP ME?

According to the tracking information, AS811124247CN was delivered on Dec.1. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in Chile. Then, you need to use the number to check with Chile Post. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
