Shipment fee of 4 kg parcel from visiontek shenzehn to tehran, Iran is how much in USD. If they sent carton of 4 pieces almost 16 kg does it give a better fee which is 4 times more than one unit parcel?

By Air: 65US Dollors
Through Surface: 28US Dollors
If you are not urgent, by surface could save you a lot of money. If you are urgent, you should use air. The price for them is high.
