Hi Daisy, thank you for your response last time. I waited and waited and now its telling me that its expired. Does that mean I give up on ever getting the product I paid for. The company is not responding.

Hi Devo,
If the package couldn't be devliered in 75 days, it's thought to be expired in tracking system automatically. This is because most of the packages could be delivered in 75 days in normal. You still could receive it althought it's expired in tracking. I suggest you wait to the end of this month. If there is still no update, you'd better let the seller refund you.

You will receive it. To my experience, it should be reached recently and there will be update showing it arrives in the US. Wait for more days to see.
