Status not updated for weeks

Hello.

The status of my shipment with the number LO999486276CN has not been updated since 26.04 and the last information I got was that it was heading to Zhengzhou Terminal. Does that mean the package is on the way to my country now or did it get lost somewhere along the way?

They are still stuck in China now. Due to the coronavirus, packages are processed slowly. Please wait for more days to get update. If you couldn't receive it within the promised time, contact the seller to give you a solution in time.
