Hello, my package has been stuck for quite some time in Hangzhou even when I had paid for EMS service. May I ask for its status and possibly how long will it takes to reach me? Tracking code is EV017043226CN

Hi Fransiska,

It's delayed at Hangzhou International Mail Processing Center. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If it's stuck there for a long time, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible.

The package seems to have arrived in Canada(Toronto) on Jan 6th -
however latest status shows that it departed by air on Jan 24th back to Hong Kong? hope that is not correct - as I have waiting 2 months to received and not sure why the package would be going the other way if I never recieved it?
