Status of Package

Was wondering if it is possible to find out where my package is. Is it still in Shanghai? Is it in transit to the US? The status hasn't updated in over a month. The tracking number is CP425937010CN. Was curious how much longer I should wait before I try to file a claim or contact the seller.

Hi Hanna,

It was handed over to the carrier transport on October 13 and usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in the USA after it was handed over to the carrier transport. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

Hi there,
can someone pls check on status of my package for the following tracking #: RV526127501CN

The package seems to have arrived in Canada(Toronto) on Jan 6th -
however latest status shows that it departed by air on Jan 24th back to Hong Kong? hope that is not correct - as I have waiting 2 months to received and not sure why the package would be going the other way if I never recieved it?
