Status Out for Delivery for 4 days and no pwckqge

I have a tracking number AT658052192CN I don't care who looks it up. It shows out for delivery for 4 days now Amazon can't give me any info and there's no package. The senders Amazon says it's supposed to be here today....? With the letters starting with AT on the tracking did we get scammed? It's an electric bike and we ordered it on April 21st from China and the cost of the bike has dropped by $200 since we ordered one. What's yalls input.

It's not normal for it. Try to contact the seller to check it for you. If he doesn't reply, it may be a scam. We have found many seller uses china post parcel to ship some junk to another address. The shipping is real, but the parcel does not contain the goods you purchased and the parcel address is not even to your address either. You need to call your bank and report fraud to get refund asap.
