Stay too long time in the same city to delivery

It already in Guangzhou 15 days! And I’m living here, what’s the problem to send I don’t understand! And have medicines that I have to use! Terrible china post!

You can call China Post service number 11185 (then 8 for English service) to reflect your problem and further check it if it's stuck there for a long time.
