Still haven't received package

I ordered something on 4/13 and the tracking number still doesn't show anything in your system. Please advise what is going on.

Hi Rob,

There is no tracking information for it may because China Post doesn't provide tracking service for this kind of package.

Better contact the sender to give you a solution as it has been nearly three months.
