STOPPED AT HAND OVER TO AIRLINE

Hello, My EMS order EX225025114SG is almost one month stopping with the status "Hand Over To Airline".
Is it normal for an EMS to take so long? Do you know where the order is now? Has the package left Singapore yet or hasn't boarded the plane yet? Thank you for your help.

It should be still stuck in Singapore now. You'd better wait for more days to see. If it's stuck there for a long time, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible.
