Normally I receive my parcels in a few days but instead it’s stuck at the export customs. Is there anything wrong with it? I contacted the seller but the seller needs more time to answer:.
How long does this usually take to get released? and what are the reasons it gets stuck for so long?

Thankyou for your reply. But it seems like after 4 days, the status has updated again to the same one (presented to export customs) does this means that the parcel had to go through the procedure again?

If the seller doesn't receive notice from the customs, just wait for more days to see if it will be released.
If the seller doesn't receive notice from the customs, just wait for more days to see if it will be released.
It should be released in three days in normal, sometimes it takes more days due to a large amount of packages needs to be checked. You'd better wait for more days to see. If it's stuck for over seven days, I suggest you contact the seller to give you a solution in time.
