hello my parcel is since 16/7 stuck on
Guangzhou City, verlaat het Guangzhou International Mail Processing Center, de volgende stop, Guangzhou International Mail Exchange Station (via)

is this okay? is there a delay in the post office.

There should be a delay for it in Guangzhou. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If it's stuck there for a long time, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible.
