Surface Mail Shipment Shandong-Italy

Hello,
I would like to ship a package 35x40x70cm, weight 16kg with rubber track inside.
The china post shop in Dezhou, Shandong, does not give me the surface mail option but only the EMS via air. They say the surface mail option is not available but I find this very strange since on your website there is a very clear option for surface mail and this product meet all the requirements. How do I proceed? Thanks for your help

Yes, you should could choose surface mail to send it. The staff there may want you choose a fast and safe way to send it, so recommend you use EMS. If you are not urgent, you can choose other ways to send.
