Suspicious logistics & delivery processing, did not receive package or updates

It seems that China Post is frequently misused by fraudulent companies, falsely claiming packages are being delivered while using it as a cover. In recent cases from October 15th and 25th, I find myself in the same frustrating situation—unsure of where my package is, unable to locate it, with no updates or delivery. Then suddenly, a full event log appears, claiming the package was delivered at 1 a.m. PST on Sunday, October 12th—a highly unlikely time for any delivery, especially with Monday, October 13th, being a holiday.

The updates make no sense. Is it still in china? Is it in the US? Has it been exported? It took 3 weeks to get an update, and the update was "Arrive at the processing center of Guangzhou International Mail Processing Center (transit) of China Post Express Logistics Co., Ltd". What is the current delivery time to US right now?
