"The export was cancelled by the country of origin"

I'm expecting two packages, mainly costumes and merchandise. One of them is already arrived to my home country, the other ( EV940734636CN ) displays an error about the export having been cancelled by the country of origin.

Can I know where my package is and what is wrong with it? What should I do now?

Hi Marta,

EV940734636CN didn't pass the customs check and was returned back to the seller. The seller has got it on Nov.5. You need to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible.

I have a question about my parcel, last time I checked in USPS tracking it was in transit and that was on April 17. Now its May 4 and its still in transit. So I checked tracking on ChinaPost and it said that it was cancelled. Ive ordered from the same seller multiple times and never had a problem until now. It said that it was held by export customs on the 17th of April and then on the 26 the export is cancelled. So if its cancelled, what will happen to my parcel?
