Export Cancellation

I am tracking my package, but it says the export was cancelled. Who and why did it get canceled and what do I or the shipper have to do to resolve the issue?

Really i wait to much why my shipments still there and unfortunately some shipment status : export cancellation , please check and give answer

If it's already shipped, it couldn't be cancelled. Please let me know the tracking number in order to check it for you.
