I have a question about my parcel, last time I checked in USPS tracking it was in transit and that was on April 17. Now its May 4 and its still in transit. So I checked tracking on ChinaPost and it said that it was cancelled. Ive ordered from the same seller multiple times and never had a problem until now. It said that it was held by export customs on the 17th of April and then on the 26 the export is cancelled. So if its cancelled, what will happen to my parcel?
You may get the answer from the following articles:
It was returned and delivered successfully on April 26 to the seller. You'd better contact the seller to send one again to you.
Last tracking information:
2019-04-26 17:57 Shanwei, returned and delivered successfully
Hi, this advises that my parcel has been cancelled in customs. Is it possible to check why?
Not sure the detailed reason for return back. It's not clearly stated in the tracking information. The sender has got it today. You'd better contact the sender to give you an explanation as soon as possible.
Have you paid for it? If you have paid for it, you need to contact the seller to ask if they have shipped it. If they don't ship it, let the seller cancel it for you. If it's already shipped, it couldn't be canceled.
I ordered a product online on 16th September.
I received a confirmation regarding my shipment from the seller with
China Post tracking number: EV769540596CN.
While tracking the delivery of my order, the status shows as cancelled (Export Cancellation) since 24th September.
Kindly advise as to whether I should expect my order or has it been sent back to the seller?
You should not expect it any more. It was returned back and delivered on Sep. 24. You'd better contact the seller to refund you or send it again to you as soon as possible.
