The local courier ask the original courier to send enquiries instead of me

My parcel was delivered in 25/01/2022. But I didn’t receive it. The local courier said I should ask the original courier to send request instead of me. However, from China Post website, it said it should be checked to the local courier. So who can I ask?

Hi Wai,

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
