the package showing 'successfully delivered' but i didn't receive anything

I ordered a few accessories from aliexpress. The aliexpress app says that te package was delivered on 15 September at the back door. first of all, we don't have a back door. After i asked my neigboors and they haven't received or seen anything. i already contacted aliexpress but they don't want to help me and they closed my claim.
