I purchased a gamming chair and a desk that were sent with the tracing code LZ991462279CN, What arrived under that code was a fantasy ring in a box. The sender claims they sent the right parcel, and I need to figure out what it was changed an if it was the right parcel. Please if you could provide me details of the registry at the reception of the parcel. I expect the least weight of my parcel would had ben 10kg+

Hi Alethia Cobos,

LZ991462279CN is a tracking number for packet less than 2kg. It couldn't be 10kg+.
