The status wasn't update since 26.04.20

Hello, could you please help to find out, why the parcel is still in transit? On 26.April it should be delivered to the destination country and since then no more updates.

Hi Olga,

It hasn't arrived in Switzerland. It's still at some other point along the way to Switerland now. You need to wait for more days to get update showing it arrives in Switerland.
