Track number does not work.

It has been 14 days since my sender emailed me the track number EA249351000CN, when I track i got a message 'no shipment or overdue tracking'. I asked the sender office, they confirm the number is correct. In those all days, I have not received the package. I am here worried for my package. The Courier is sent from IC-UCAS. ( International college of University of Chinese academy of Science) . Any contact address of EMS in China or advice please? Thank you.

Yes, I checked many China Post tracking system and found there is no result for it. It's not normal. I don't think it's a valid tracking number.

You can call 11183 which is the service line of China EMS if you are in China and call +86 10 11183 if you are outside China to ask. For English service, press 8 after it's got through.
