Tracking tool doesn't work on your website

Hi!

I'm trying to track a package I ordered on Amazon about a month ago and haven't received it yet even though it says shipped. The tracking feature on your website doesn't work.

Would you be able to tell me what the status is of my order LT516020219CN?

Hi Jackie,

Here is the tracking details for your package. It's still in transit to US now. Better open a dispute to the seller if you couldn't receive it this month. It's not normal.
