white bar to search for track trace doesnt work

Hello,
i tried many different webbrowsers, but i cannot click on the white search bar. Only 1 browser ( puffin) worked but in that browser the TRACK button doesnt function. Isnt it important to have a website which is reachable from every browser?
what is wish to know is this.
package with code: RF624257515CN. is ready for shipment since the 3th of April. How long will it take before it will be shipped?

It works for ie and firefox here. Not sure why it doesn't work from your side.
The last update shows:

It means it has left China and on the way to the Netherlands now. It usually takes a month to reach.
