white bar to search for track trace doesnt work

Hello,
i tried many different webbrowsers, but i cannot click on the white search bar. Only 1 browser ( puffin) worked but in that browser the TRACK button doesnt function. Isnt it important to have a website which is reachable from every browser?

what is wish to know is this.

package with code: RF624257515CN. is ready for shipment since the 3th of April. How long will it take before it will be shipped?

Hope i will het. an answer on both questions soon.

Hi Dave,

It works for ie and firefox here. Not sure why it doesn't work from your side.

The last update shows:
2017-04-03 18:04- Exchange Bureau in Guangzhou, have been exported directly

It means it has left China and on the way to the Netherlands now. It usually takes a month to reach.

I really would like the help and support from someone from CHINA POST to check who was the transport company of shipment with track and trace AM351430705CN. This is a CN track and trace. Once in the Netherlands, then i should have another track and trace number. People keep on just telling me that this was delivered, and there is no one with the package.
