Tracking #: AM101495393CN shows delivered but I did not receive

Tracking number AM101495393CN shows package status as Delivered (21 Days). However, I never received a package. The tracking information shows Delivered, Express delivered and signed, Delivered (US). If it was delivered and signed, shouldn't someone have the signature of the person that signed?
As of today, 10/25/2023, the McDonough, Georgia, USA United States Postal Office does not have any record of the tracking number. In fact, their website shows "Label created, not yet in system", in which it further states "A status update is not yet available on your package. It will be available when the shipper provides an update or the package is given to USPS. Check back soon."
The tracking information, from China Post shows as follows:
2023-10-24 18:33 McDonough, GA 30253, Delivered, Express delivered and signed, Delivered [US].
2023-10-24 12:19 McDonough, GA 30253, Outbound Delivery, Already on the Way to Delivery, Outbound Delivery [US].
2023-10-23 17:22 McDonough, GA 30253, Express arrives at the processing center, has been arranged, Outbound delivery [US].
2023-10-20 14:40 LOS ANGELES CA DISTRIBUTION CENTER, EXPRESS LEAVES THE PROCESSING CENTER, THE GOODS ARE TRANSFERRED AGAIN, AND THE DESTINATION IS TRANSSHIPPED.
How can a package be delivered, by the USPS, when there is no tracking information in their system due to the package not being received by the USPS?
I kindly ask you to provide me with any and all information regarding this tracking number in order for me to find out where this package is and who may have signed for it.

We could only provide you with the tracking information. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in the US. Then, use the number to check with USPS about the address they delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
