I ordered a parcel from China and tracking says that it has arrived at "U. S. Secondary processing center " my tracking number is UI508193583CN

i would like to a help from yours. My china university send me a important parcel by china post. It almost 11days transit time but yet to receive this parcel. Now I want to last update my parcel & when I receive this parcel.
