Hi Jan coker,

It should be delivered in recent two days. If you couldn't receive it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and check it for you in time.

Hi ordered a product from Ali express month a ago. I had not received it yet !. Whenever I track it , it shows EDI received since 10 October. Now it's 28 and I had not received it. It's tracking status is not changing.

Tracking says two of my orders were delivered but I never received either (2 replies)

I recent had 2 ordered shipped by china post but I never received any items. My tracking number for the first order was AS416277185CN and the second is AS417606444CN. I hope this can be resolved. Again, I never received anything nor did it show up at my address. Thank you.
