My tracking UE810079951CN has been stucked at The U.S. Secondary Processing Center since Nov. 21.
Is something wrog with it?

Hi Luis Ochoa,

You'd better contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible. To my experience, you couldn't get it if it's stuck at The U.S. Secondary Processing Center.

China post tracking number (0 reply)

Seller has only provided fed ex tracking number. So tracking will not show any overseas movement. It will only start showing updates once package clears us customs and fed ex receives package. I have asked seller multiple times for China post tracking number which they keep replying back stating that my tracking number is fed ex tracking number. Is it possible to track package’s shipping from China post with fed ex tracking number? Or how do I go about getting China post tracking number if seller will not provide it?

Is there a new tracking number from china post after the package was transferred from india post international to china post for delivery? The package went to the sorting facility in Beijing over two months ago and never updated again from there.

Destination country should be the United States. Receiver is English speaking is in the US. How can they resolve the issue?
