Hello,
Regarding the above tracking number, is the seller waiting on me to pay fees for shipping? If do, who do I contact? If the item is being shipped, is it going to move as seems it is just waiting currently?
Plus the item is supposed to be coming to the USA and not Italy....correct address details were given to the seller.
Am I being scammed?

Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated.

The destination country is Italy. The seller may give you a wrong tracking number or filled the address by mistake for your order. You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and let the seller check it for you.
