Tengo el pedido KHY9980030721YQ que aparece como entregado y no ha llegado la mercancía.
He mandado varios correos al vendedor pero no responde y no tengo manera de reclamarlo por la emresa de transporte que se supone que es KHY. La única información que tengo es por 17track y aseguro que la mercancía no ha llegado y nadie ha firmado la entrega. Espero pueda reclamarlo. Un saludo
