Tracking my package/parcel


Hi, sorry to ask but can anyone help me see if my package is lost or stuck? I paid extra for 5-8business day (up to 12 normal days) shipping but its been 17 days now and it doesn't even say its reached my country yet. I really needed it asap that's why I paid more. Have they used a slower shipping method? And maybe not sent global expedited as they told me? The tracking number is LX472222538CN its from China and I'm in Australia. Thankyou for any help :-)

Here is the tracking result for you. The latest information shows 'Customer Enquiry lodged' which means the parcel is still in transit to you, however an enquiry was made about it. This package is a sent by e-packet. It should arrive within 15 working days. I think you will get it in the next week.
