Tracking not updated in 7 days after "Departed from export office"

My package was shipped on 9/5/20 but has not updated since 9/6/20. Last update was "Departed from export office". Tracking number is EB727741654CN. Any idea why it's not moving?

It takes about 3-15 days to leave China after received by airline in normal.

I ordered them in the same time but the seller told me that she sent them in two different packages.
It has been two weeks since it said it was depart from Guangzhou Baiyun International Apt.

It was received by airline on September 7 and takes about 15-30 days to have update showing it arrives in the USA after it was delivered by airline. You'd better wait for more days to get update.
